We offer light- to medium-roasted single origin coffees as well as medium- to dark-roasted blends. Our core menu utilizes blends to maintain a consistent flavor profile year-round providing predictability for our customers. Meanwhile, the seasonality and terroir of coffee is reflected in our rotating single origin menu, adding some exciting diversity to our menu.
Our team is made up of seasoned industry professionals who are experts in their own fields. We are baristas, roasters, trainers, and cafe owners. We understand and value hospitality.
